New Climb Animation and MoD: TileSet release

I made a tileset for this project, which you can check here: https://nedokontent.itch.io/magic-of-dev-tileset
And climb animation for cherecters, so they could climb ladders. 
I hope i add new cherecters in near future, and new location for tileset.
